Booth Change Request
Exhibitors requesting a booth relocation or a change to their originally contracted booth size must submit a Booth Change Request Form. This includes requests to increase or decrease booth size. To request a link to the Booth Change Request Form, please contact one of the show team members listed below.
Once submitted, your request will be added to the appropriate waitlist and reviewed as space becomes available. Because booth changes depend on availability and other exhibitor movements, we appreciate your patience. You will be contacted as soon as we are able to accommodate your request.
Booth Relocation Response Policy
If the Global Electronics Association contacts you regarding an available booth relocation, you will have 48 hours to respond and confirm the new location. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the opportunity will be offered to the next exhibitor on the booth relocation waitlist.
