If your company plans to utilize the services of any independent contractors other than the official service contractors designated by WHMA/IPC, the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form, along with a certificate of insurance, must be submitted no later than April 14, 2023.
All Exhibitor Appointed Contractor’s (EAC’s) must be pre-approved by WHMA/IPC. If you’re utilizing multiple independent contractors, a separate form is required for each company.
A representative from the exhibiting company is required to submit this form, forms submitted directly by EAC’s will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to ensure their EAC(s) follows and abides by all show rules and regulations and adheres to all terms and conditions specified for Exhibitor Appointed Contractors.
